How is a truck body made in our factory?
The first course: stamping process (to produce various body stamping parts)
the second course: welding process (to weld the body stamping parts into a finished body)
the third course: is the coating process (to prevent the body from rusting and make the body have a beautiful appearance)
the fourth course: General Assembly Process (to assemble the body, chassis, interior trim, and other parts to form a complete vehicle)
The most extended bending product we’ve been producing in one shot is 236 inches; those metal fabrication products are for the Truck bodies and the Aerial Work Platform equipment.

After Phosphating, the truck bodies are Hang-on and waiting to be powder-coated in our automatic powder coating lines
The powder coating line extends upstairs, and now truck Bodies are powder-coated, waiting to be thoroughly checked by QC
